Amazing stay over our wedding weekend. The staff were so welcoming a helpful. The rooms were beautiful. Cesar at the breakfast restaurant was giving top tier service, Sam at the front desk made check in effortless, the night desk attendant (unfortunately did not catch their name) was so nice, and the valets were efficient with a lot of vehicles from multiple wedding parties. I cannot say enough good things!

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo one night while in Asheville for a wedding. Valerie is an amazing front desk representative! She was so helpful with our questions. Shout out for recommending Roman’s Deli for lunch. The downtown area is just blocks away, so very walkable. The room was clean and comfortable and the spacious walk-in shower was a plus. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning with such great service. I sometimes hesitate to order oatmeal in a hotel because it is often lukewarm. My bowlful was piping hot…perfect! All the staff members were personable and professional. A great stay!

I wish I could recommend this hotel. The rooms and facilities are new and updated. The location is within walking distance to downtown. However, a hotel is also about the service and this place is lacking. We stayed 2 nights and ate breakfast in the hotel both mornings. The first morning my 5 year old daughter accidentally left a large necklace on the table. It would have been easily found when the table was cleared. We inquired about a lost and found when we returned and were told we’d have to wait until the next morning. The next morning, we were told it was “probably thrown out.” No apologies. No taking down our info in case it was found. No willingness to check with the staff working. It wasn’t valuable but memorable for a kid. Sometimes it’s the extra care that staff take that makes you feel at home on the road. This is not the place for that. The front desk staff seemed pretty annoyed we were asking about it. We cannot recommend this hotel.
